Shipping policy

We ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order.

• Processing: orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 7–15 business days of ordering. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and some orders take longer.
• Packages: orders ship from our fulfillment partner's warehouse, so an order of several pads may arrive in more than one package.
• Tracking: we email you a tracking link once your order ships.
• Address changes: email support@petlifehouse.com as soon as possible, before your order ships.
• Late orders: if your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, email us and we'll look into it and resend your order or refund you.
